This was our first time staying at an Omni hotel. Overall it was a great experience. One suggestion is to get rid of the artificial turf around some of the pool it gets so hot it’s very uncomfortable on your feet!!

Shar decorated my room for my bachelorette night with my family. Left candles, amenities and a charcuterie tray in refrigerator for us:). 10 star service by far! Staff excellent. Thank you so much! She deserves ALL the credit for going above and beyond! Give her a raise!:).

Was very quiet there as was probably off season for them. They could have done better job keeping second pool clean and stocked with towels.
Also, upgrades and fixes to property to bring it up to a higher level is in order.
Staff was ok. Food and beverage options a bit limited.
Experience there was overall good, but, not high level.

This is a very nice resort, it has all the amenities to be able to enjoy a quiet weekend getaway and never leave the property. The poolside service at the cabana we rented wasn’t great, and the cabana curtains could use some maintenance, so I don’t think I would rent one again. But the pool area itself is nice and we enjoyed our time there. All the other service we received from checking in, to the bar, and then checking out was top notch and excellent. And the rooms are nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort!
