Excellent location - close to biking and hiking
Property is as advertised, perfect for two people. Entrance is a little odd; coming in thru the bathroom We brought our gravel bikes, had to navigate them into the house then to the backyard. Had we brought mountain bikes they would not have fit thru the entrance. Hosts were kind, property is gated so very safe. Lovely skies and stars.

Great place to stay on the eastern edge of Tucson
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our four days at the casita. After spending each day downtown it was a pleasure to escape to the quiet, the gorgeous sunsets, and the dark night skies. The casita itself is very comfortable and fully equipped, with its own private patio and yard, and the hosts are great.

Perfect spot for a desert vacation
Small but fully equipped - has everything needed to serve as a home base for enjoying the desert and the national park. It’s a stones throw from the National Park, quiet and out of the noise of Tucson. But it’s not remote, and you’re still a short drive from groceries, restaurants, etc. The host Frank is helpful and responsive.

A quiet, secluded spot, with easy driving acces to numerous day-hikes and other activities. Good sleeping between active days. Very accommodating host, too!

Great little hideaway with lots of room.
This “small” casita had plenty of room for a young family. It was close to a seminar I was attending and very economical for me. All the linens had a faint sense of lavendar (which was wonderful), and the mattress was actually better than the one I sleep on at home! Total privacy & owner

Conveniently located.
Was in town for a couple of days to see a friend, and this property was within 5 minutes of where he lived. Enjoyed my stay while there, and the Casita was perfect for my needs. The hosts were welcoming and gave me all the information I needed to enjoy my stay. Would gladly book this rental again if visiting in the future.

Host was very accommodating, met with us when we arrived and showed us around the guest house. Gave food recommendations and hiking recommendations, very appreciated! House was very clean and comfy. Fully enjoyed the proximity to Saguaro! Will book again if I come back to Tucson!

At the edge of the desert
Property is super clean, well ordered and thoughtfully appointed. Bed was very comfy. Nice walled/private courtyard with a saguaro, chimenea, and gas grill. Kitchen area is rudimentary, but worked fine. Really close to the park and hiking trails, I enjoyed the quiet. Frank was very helpful and always responsive.

This Casita was as close to the park as we could get without being in the park. It had everything we needed and Frank even had firewood for us to have a fire in the chimenea. It was a very pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay
We enjoyed our stay at this quaint little casa near the Sahuaro National Monument. The unit was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. It’s located in a really nice neighborhood of nice custom southwest adobe style homes on large lots. We felt like we were truly in the desert as each night we heard the yipping and howling of nearby coyotes. The unit was clean and had a very comfortable bed and large tv. Although we did no cooking, the kitchen seemed adequate. We would stay here again.

Cozy stay in the dessert
If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, convenient place to stay near Tucson, look no further. Frank met us when we arrived and made us feel at home. The 2 nights we spent here were perfect. Comfortable bed, convenient kitchenette with everything you need, and a great porch to enjoy the dessert nights. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Tucson.

Desert Hideaway
We were looking for a nice quiet place to use as a base for hiking and biking in the Tucson area and this property was just the thing. Property was clean and quite. Wifi worked great. Everything we wanted.

I needed a few days of peace and quiet, and this was the perfect place. Frank and Karin, the owners were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Their communication was stellar. The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing and suited my needs. It was great to have Saguaro National Monument within a stone’s throw fir some good hiking. I will definitely be coming back!

Relaxation and Peace
The owners are gracious and kind people. The local wildlife was fun to watch, listening to the birds and enjoy quiet time on the patio. It is near great hiking trails. We will definitely return.
