Bug and hate

After doing VRBO for about ten years I thought I'd seen everything, but James was something else.
James arrived at 1:20 on the day of check in (check in time is 4:00) and called me and said "I'm here -- can I get an early check in?"
I went out to meet him and he said there would be a "film crew" coming to shoot scenes for a movie he had written.
He made a reservation for him and his wife and never went into the house. I told him that I wouldn't allow a film crew on the property and that he should have discussed this with me ahead of time.
Over the next 15 minutes, a group of people showed up looking for him, and I told them they would need to leave.
The closest James got to the house was about 50 feet from it. I'm guessing his movie is science fiction, as he doesn't seem to be rooted in reality and is good at making up stories about people's vacation rentals.

Lovely Place
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Casita is in a terrific location equipped with everything needed for a 16 night stay. Very comfortable bed and impressive hot water system. The property was easy to find and the host was very proactive. Great mountain views, sunsets and sunrises. Really peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect little Casitas!

Wonderful stay in sweet little Casita
Publié le 21 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt’s a small place but it is a casita not a house, it had everything that we needed and was adorable. The bed was surprisingly comfortable ❤️. The host was very responsive but we never saw or heard them at all. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would gladly stay again or recommend their location in a heartbeat.
