THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOUR LIFE STYLE! Enjoy this Beautiful 2 bedroom + DEN and 1 bath with 2 Car Garage +Pebble Tec Pool on PRIVATE LOT with NO NEIGHBORS BEHIND. With 1261 sq ft this great room concept home, offers gorgeous laminated wood flooring, gas fireplace, upgraded cherry kitchen cabinets, island, stainless steel appliances, stylish back splash, pendant lights. Ceiling Fans in living area and bedrooms. Laundry room with washer and dryer included. Spend your afternoons swimming in the wonderful POOL (not heated) and relaxing under the shade at the extended porch. Fully landscaped backyard with pavers, and desert views. This property has security cameras on the outside of the property. One located over the garage covering the driveway looking south. One on the patio covering the backyard looking north and one on the front porch looking south. We allow early check-in/late check-out upon request for a fee.

Delightful!
The house was lovely and comfortable! We enjoyed the proximity to the Madera Canyon trails and birding hotspot. Although plenty of birds just behind the house too. Close to enough to Tucson to go out for dinner but kitchen worked for making meals there and a Safeway just down the road.

Could have been better
Pros: Pool, we truly enjoyed every moment of it. We are Washingtonians through and through, staying in the heat would have been unbearable if there wasn't a pool. Size: perfect for 4 adults, however second bedroom was tight with the giant dresser in the corner. Owner: very easy to get a hold of with questions. Cons: No extra blankets in the house for lounging. No card or board games for the late nights inside since the noise ordinance at 7:30pm. 7:30pm noise ordinance. Outside lights are all motion censored, why not make them guest choice if they want it on or off. Could not sit outside for long as they kept turning off/on/off/on + early noise ordinance. Master bedroom fan wouldn't stay on. Trying to sign onto the tv since there were no games, not being able to sign into our own streaming accounts is kind of ridiculous. Second room is not a true Queen size mattress. It had to be a Full, which I understand using, because they could not fit a Queen into that room with the giant dresser taking up the corner. Overall, good place for a cool off in the pool and a place to lay your head. Not great for hanging out.

Could not be happier with our stay
All of us (my wife, our 2 dogs, and me) could not be happier with the experience. The house was perfect for us. It was spotless, spacious, well plenished, and comfortable. The fenced-in back yard took our worries away when our dogs were outside. The pool was wonderful. We spent quite a bit of time in it. We have friends in the area so we are planning to return. When we do, our intentions are to stay there again.

Great house & location!
Loved the open floor plan. The kitchen had most everything I needed to cook several meals during my 2 week stay. The private pool was nice to sit by (too cold outside to get in it). I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.

Very Nice!
We stayed the last half of January. The house was just as advertized . . . great location, very convenient, close to shopping and eats. This was a great place to relax. Nice quiet neighborhood. Nice amenities even if January isn't exactly time to take a dip in the unheated pool! Wonderful gas fireplace, a real bonue. Even enjoyed the wild life. Lots of birds, road runners, quail woodpeckers. We love Green Valley and we're pretty busy for septuagenarians, and this place was nice to return to every day. We would give this property serioius consideration when seeking to rent in GV again.

This home was spotless, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and stocked with everything we needed. We had a small difficulty with the television and Freddie immediately took care of the problem. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Wonderful home!
This house was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything looks like it does in the photos. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, plenty of space for the 2 of us. Grill is old and the house could use a few more dishes, but those are our only "complaints". My husband and I had a great getaway! Very convenient to the Interstate, grocery store and walking paths. We will stay here again!

Girl's weekend paradise
We had a wonderful time. If we were coming back I would make sure to bring some plastic cups for the pool and trash bags. And just be aware the pool isn't heated. No biggie but we weren't expecting that because it wasn't in the description. But it was beautiful and the perfect size for our girl's weekend.
