Bien, mais il y a mieux..
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsHotel très vaste, Malgré que les employés sont tous très gentils, plus d’une heure d’attente pour nos repas commandés au resto lors du déjeuner. Le complexe manque d’indication pour les piétons pour savoir où aller. Les piscines sont très distancées. Dans la chambre, quelques lumières et prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, les tiroirs des meubles ouvrent tout seul, le frigidaire ferme mal.. Manque un peu d’amour. J’ai avisé le personnel au lobby mais personne n’est passé lors de notre séjour. Je n’y retournerai pas, c’est certain!

While it’s great to hear that the employees were nice, the long wait for meals and lack of signage must have been frustrating. HVAC switching either too cold or too hot, temperature is not consistent.

Fun day trip

I'll start off by saying that we have stayed at this property before. We've loved it in the past.
We did NOT get the suite we had reserved and paid for. My confirmation was for a suite with double beds. We did not get this. My son had to sleep on the couch. I did not have enough time to pack our car, run back to the reception desk and ask for a new room to then unpack my car again. Not only did we not get the room we reserved and weren't even told BUT the room was not in great condition. The upstairs neighbors woke us up before 6 am by walking back and forth all morning nonstop. The ceiling trusses were so squeaky and loud. It was completely not ok. This is a deal breaker! This needs to be fixed ASAP! The bathroom door wouldn't close due to improper fitting too. The AC did not ever reach the correct temperature. We had it set to 74 and it wouldn't go below 75.
The shutters by the couch were broken and did not have all of the slats to close properly. We are very disappointed and most likely will never stay at this property again.
