Step inside and you'll find a spacious open-concept design with a living room, kitchen, family room, and dining area all adorned with vaulted wood ceilings and featuring massive windows that offer breathtaking views of the lake. Multiple oversized sliding door walkouts lead to the expansive deck that wraps around the cottage, providing panoramic views of the lake from every angle.

The cottage also boasts a fully finished lower level featuring two bedrooms and a 3-piece washroom with a generously sized shower. This is also where you'll discover the separate Spa Room, finished in cedar and equipped with an oversized sliding door for fresh ventilation and beautiful lake views. Annual Family Vacation
We were a party of 4 families totaling 13 people. We stayed at the cottage the 3rd week in June. The cottage is very clean and comfy with enough room for everybody. The A-Frame was a pleasant surprise. A pretty cool place to stay. The cottage is on a beautiful lake with crystal clear water. It was wonderful to just sit outside on the cottage deck, dock or beach to take in the beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed the water activities; canoeing, kayaking and swimming. The younger kids really enjoyed the beach. The fishing was pretty good too. It was a great experience for all and we would consider coming back next year for sure.

Beautiful cottage with lots of room. Great communication between myself and owner. Very easy to deal with. If someone says otherwise it’s really just that person. Place was clean. Highly recommend Would definitely stay again. Maybe in the summer this time.

Great View Quiet Location
We stay at this property in sept, there were 13 adults age 35+ . The space was big which gave us sufficient space to move around. The place looks nicer than the picture, and the view was amazing. I love the fact that the owner use glass railing on the porch which allows us to enjoy the view and protect from wind. We love the indoor hot tub which was great as it rained during our stay. Pros:. the view. the space. I like that they had 2 fridges which can store a weeks worth of food. In most cases they have most of the kitchen item to cook and clean. Need a few more wine glass but otherwise, everything is there. Cons: Lots of rules to follow. 5 page document and a booklet of rules to read upon arrival. Completely understand where the owner is coming from as it is their home and need to respect their property. Parking says 5 cars max, but driveway can have one or two more without parking on grass. No flex on check in time. We arrive 30 mins early and was told we can't go in until check in time and can't even sit by the lake., so that was a little strict. Overall, even with all the rules, if you follow them, its is great stay

Some pros and some cons, which impact value and enjoyment
Pros: (i) Great location from the GTA; (ii) property is beautiful; (iii) the cottage is a little worn but suited to a family gathering. Cons: (i) Many basic things for a cottage of this price point aren't included and which are difficult to manage with a large family (bring your own sheets, pillows, life jackets, etc.); (ii) owner expects you to abide by rules that are numerous and that make the visit cumbersome (e.g., owner wants you to remove the trash, but there is no dump that is open); (iii) owner communicates only by email and isn't helpful (won't speak live to address common issues and main response is "read the fine print").

Amazing Cottage, Views and Property
Very spacious cottage with everything you might need. Well equipped kitchen, multiple fridges and two working fireplaces. The cottage was great for a winter getaway and the roads/driveway were always cleared. Will definitely be back!
