The place was fine and they were upgrading the rooms very nice... but on a Saturday the construction people woke me up by working at 7am then worked all day until 8pm... it was terrible

I chose this hotel because of the outdoor swimming pool. When I came there was no pool. Pool was already closed with dirty rainy water inside. Big disappointment.

The hotel is in between a busy railroad and a very busy highway that doubles as a drag strip at night

This was a pretty poor experience. Despite calling ahead that I would be checking in early, the staff had marked me as a no show, then when I did check in, they gave me a room with no AC on a floor under construction. The room had not been cleaned and had the trash of the previous tenant. In addition, the fitness center had a nonfunctional treadmill. The staff was unhelpful to fix any of these concerns.

The Hampton Inn was great and the people there were awesome. Hotels.com though messed everything up and payment would go through so couldn’t check in. Had to pay for another room and hope for a refund from Hotels.com. Thanks
