Emplacement : Pas grand chose à faire a tullahoma ... Tout est fermé le samedi!
Très pres de l'usine et musée de Jack Daniel's
Personnel accueillant
Espace déjeuner franchement décevant. Trois petites tables pour tout l'hôtel. Le choix de nourriture très limité.
Espace de conditionnement incroyable... Il y a un vrai gym à côté et une entente pour les clients de l'hôtel.

Thank you for your stay and we are very sorry that you were disappointed with the seating space in our breakfast area but we do have a sign posted in the breakfast room that lets our guest know that we have 5000 sq ft space in our adjoining resturant for seating also.

Hotel was okay , your basic quality in. Breakfast was nothing special. Our room smelled like smoke but the staff was very friendly.

Pool was out of service, "included" breakfast options are terrible.
I accidentally booked for the wrong weekend and tried to change it literally 30 seconds after and they would bot change it, they kept my money and made me book abother room for the 1 night i needed. Terrible customer service, will be visiting this area several times a year, and i will not be coming bavk here.

Mr. Brown,You made your reservation through Expedia not directly through our hotel. You seem to be blaming the hotel when you are the one that made the reservation through Expedia not directly through the hotel and you choose a pre-paid, no cancel reservation. It tells you numerous times throughout making the reservation that once it is confirmed that you can not cancel or make any changes to the reservation. It is not the fault of the hotel that you choose this type of reservation booking thru Expedia which we have no control over. To say that we kept your money and that you had terrible customer service is not fair since it is completely not true. You paid Expedia directly not the hotel. So we had nothing to do with your money. We also wanted to let you know that on Expedia, where you made your reservation, it does state that we do not have a pool. It states no pool on all of the websites. Also we don't understand why you would say our breakfast options are terrible when we offer a lot more than is required by Quality Inn (we have eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, apples, yogurt and 2 different kinds of cereal). Mr. Brown, you are upset because you choose a pre-paid no cancel reservation on Expedia and you are taking it out on the hotel. We have done nothing wrong and should not be blamed for something we had nothing to do with. Best Regards,

I liked everything about it stayed for 2 days. Was offered a wake up call for breakfast. Was met with kindness. Left with kindess. Went above and beyond my expectations. Bed was super comfortable. Air felt amazing.
