Great, but they closed the bar early
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HotelsWe loved this place. Very unique building, used to be city hall. I stay in hotels a lot so it's nice to fine places that don't all look and feel like your typical Marriott or Holiday Inn but is still nice and doesn't cost a fortune.
My only tiny complaint is they have a really cool bar and they we went and talked to bar tender around 7:30 (they close at 10) we told him striaght up we are going to get dinner and excited to come back here and get some drinks. He said okay. We got back from dinner by 8:50 and the bar was closed. We asked why and they said no one was here so he went home.... If you tell us on arrival the bar is open till ten and we tell them we are coming by and we come back to the bar instead of staying out longer in the city and you close the bar. It's just bad practice. Don't tell people you any times them. What if I check out late and say... Well I didn't feel like leaving yet. Is that an okay excuse to not charge me extra. A business has times for a reason. If the customer has to abide by them you should too.

Three C's: Clean, Classy, Convenient
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HotelsVery clean, classy, secure and conveniently located in downtown Tulsa. Room were comfy, clean and very quiet. We really liked the room layouts and curtains really keep light and noise out. Will stay again for sure.

Carpets in elevators and hallways where dirty, reading lights over the bed where dim. It was a very comfortable room

They wouldn’t accept my debit card. The fat lady at the counter rolled her eyes and was nasty about it. Also, couldn’t get a refund. Never again

had a great stay at the Aloft Tulsa. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really welcoming and accessible. Will stay again.

Did not even let me in because did not tell us that the required check-in age was 21, I am 18. The place was also a total mess and incredibly noisy. Horrible experience, a waste of $400 and they didn't allow a refund.
