The Hostess with the mostest
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hostess was one of the best ones we have ever had. So cordial and friendly. You can talk to her about anything. The breakfast is exceptional. Just can’t say enough good things about this place. Also, the hostess got up to open a door for me. We were impressed, because they were power washing the parking lot.

We reserved two rooms which we were in 101 & 102 I believe. While pulling back the covered I saw something brown and it ended up being a crumb but at this point I’m paranoid. So I look around just to find bed bugs in the bed frame and blood on the sheets. When mentioned to front desk they moved us but would not allow us to look at other room. First thing we did when moved into 124 was check everything and it was very clean. Thank goodness.
The next day my mom was in the front lobby as well as another guest that came up and complained that her room which was 101 was very dirty and underkept. So the other guest asked my mom her experience and my mom broke the news to her that there were bed bugs. At this time the front desk was yelling at my mom for “ trying to run our guest away and telling them about bed bugs just cause you had a bad experience” and so much more of them raising there voice and then proceeding to tell my mom “ we don’t even want you here anyways”
