Le cadre est très vieillot, un sérieux lifting est nécessaire.
Bon rapport qualité prix.

Publié le 14 nov. 2017 sur HotelsHotel vieillot, mériterait un bon lifting. Des soucis avec les équipements, manquants ou défectueux: téléphone, réveil-radio, climatisation... Bonne réaction du personnel pour essayer de compenser.
Bonne literie. Avantage et inconvénient: très près de l'aéroport, trop près (bruit des avions!)

We actually were moved to a sister hotel, Gardenwalk due to booking issues. Gardenwalk was a very nice hotel, clean. Construction was going on but did not affect us much. Upon check-in they put us in a room with a king-sized bed for 3 people. Upon request, we were moved to 2 double beds as originally booked. Very friendly front desk staff.

We were directed day of our reservation to stay at the Hilton, perhaps a sister hotel close by. The first room had recently been redone. The sink and bath still had construction dust in them and the sink was COMPLETELY clogged. The tv wasn’t hooked up either. Requested a new room. The room we were given had a BROKEN bed. Tried to go to the pool with my daughter at 8:30 and it was closed for “repairs”None of this was on the website. It was 11:30 by now and I had to be up at 3:30 For my flight. Absolutely hands down worst experience at a hotel.

There was no shuttle service from the airport after 9, website said 10. No free continental breakfast as advertised, but had a waitress that took orders and expected tips. Hotel was undergoing a lot of construction, and I saw a large dead cockroach on the floor in the breezeway. The front desk people were very nice and accommodating, as well as the the shuttle driver who found my id on the ground and returned it to me. The "waitress" and kitchen staff were not pleasant at all and rather rude about accommodating me and my service dog.

Late check in mess
Publié le 23 juin 2020 sur HotelsThe only issue we had was when i tried to call the hotel to tell them we'd be checking in late and needed a shuttle in the morning, they could not help me because I went thru hotels.com. and I'd have to call you guys. Finally they said they'd transfer me to the front desk and they just said no problem as long as your here before midnight and let them know about the shuttle when you check in. This was after 10 minutes of hold and begging with the other guy.
