There was a water leak by the door to my room. I sopped up the water the first night and let the front desk know. They did nothing. The morning of day 2, I let the front desk know about the leak again and that I needed new towels because I had used them all to clean up the floor. 10 hours later, still no new towels. Took the wet towels to front desk to get new towels myself. They still did not come look at the leak... floor still wet. On day 3, they finally had someone look at the leak. He said he would have to open the wall and would have to wait until after I checked out to fix it. Didn't offer a different room or any other compensation. Just let me live with wet carpet for 5 days. Very disappointed. Worst hotel experience ever.

overall property was good, breakfast foods were limited and on second morning of stay the Gravy was cold, appeared was dumped into serving container not stirred or anything, rooms were clean and overall conditions good

It was a clean comfortable room with fairly comfortable beds. Didn't expect a lot but I was pleasantly surprised
