Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed the first night because we couldnt find anywhere else to stay. We barely made it before they ran the end of the day. They were nice enough to discount our price since it was only for a few hours. It was a nice place so we decided to stay there the other 2 nights, also. We will be staying there again. It was convenient to downtown and restaurants.

Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI had read the reviews on hotels.com talking about having no hot water but my assumption was that this was an anomaly that wouldn't persist to my stay. Unfortunately, I was surprised to not have hot water in my room (511). My buddy who was also staying the same night on a higher floor had no problem with his hot water so it seems to be localized to floor 5. I'm trying to be fair here. I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and was mostly staying at hotels that were sub $100 but I wanted to be downtown in Tulsa so I spent extra. The room was very comfortable although the right side of the bed sagged a little (I just slept on the left).
I've given it 2 stars because 3 stars is apparently, "average". I'd expect better from a courtyard so I'm going with slightly below average.

First room we were placed in the AC didn’t work and it smelled like mold. They immediately moved us to a different room. Star was friendly and great.

The property was nicely maintained, but felt dated. The room was a bit musty and I irritated my sinuses to the extent it was difficult to sleep. Of course I didn’t realize this until half through the night.
