Great Place to Stay in Tulsa

Great room and comfy. Service was excellent and close to the BOK center- quick 5 minute walk!

Didn’t even get a cookie. :(

My stay was “ok” but I expected a bit more. My digital key didn’t work so we had to go through not the lobby to get the key. We were on our way to a party and this was an extra stop. I paid for parking online but it wasn’t added to my key. I told them I paid for it online in the lobby when I picked up my non digital key. Upon returning to the hoteI, discovered we couldn’t enter the hotel through parking garage and it was very late at night. I had to walk down 4 flights of the parking garage and back into the hotel lobby for them to fix the error. And I didn’t get a cookie :(

The property is in a very convenient location for customers attending an event at the BOK center across the street. However, the bar was out of most beverages, they asked patrons to re- use their bar glasses for their next drink (draft beer or other spirits) used that same cup to fill again at the draft beer spout and did not have adequate supply of most beverages. They ran out of half the beers with in the week we were there and these items were not replaced. I was shocked when the bar tender asked us to re- use our bar glass as many other were pressured to do. Not only does this alter the pour and head on the beer, but it also contaminates the beer tap that every beer is poured from. Huge health violations happening with the bar. This hotel is priced at a higher range but could definitely use updating to restrooms and general management of the food and beverage areas.

Room was clean but not bathroom. People clothes were left in there and toilet was dirty.
