Publié le 28 août 2024 sur HotelsWe saw two cockroaches in the room, there were no covers on the vent in the bathroom, there was trash on the floor in the room, and the blankets/bedspread had cigarette burns on both beds. And that was the clean part, the hall carpet was worn and stained, the door to the building broken, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. I will never stay there again.

I was injured by a faulty door and the management said " not our problem, I have picture of the injury and a video of the faulty door.
They put me in a room where the shower didn't work, then moved me to a room where the water was barely warm. Bugs in the rooms. I have requested Expedia no list them. I am pasting this to my google review.
They wouldn't even refund that night of terror.

Didn't even make it to our room , filthy, unsafe,people living in parking lot, very poor staff & cleanliness...
