Even though under construction the staff made sure we were not bothered. The construction worker even helped an elderly lady get to her room. My only complaint was our room was colder than a well diggers fanny. But for the price, everything was fine!

It worked for the short trip, but I wasn’t very impressed. Construction and we were place right by it. The elevator made my 13 year old want to take the stairs.

It’s great for the location and services for an older hotel. They were renovating and only one elevator working, so the waiting coming and going were a little slower. Other than that small hiccup, our stay was relaxing and we had a nice stay as always!

I love the renovations. Clean facility. Excellent customer service from the front desk and the bar tender as well. The rooms are spacious and the pool was lovely. They also have great breakfast options every morning!

Disappointing Embassy Suites
Pretty disappointed with this place. We arrived after 8:30 and there wasn’t a room ready for us. There was only one lady working the desk, and scrambling to address numerous customer needs. She was very nice and apologetic but they need more staff on a busy Saturday night! We finally got up to a room and found the toilet was disgusting, and we had to wait another hour for room service before we could take showers and get to bed. The redeeming quality was a great breakfast in the morning!

Pass on this one.
Hotel is ok but the service was terrible. Front desk clerk was too busy talking to check us in. The evening reception was not even set out until almost 6 and then it was the most random stuff. The only positive was the breakfast was good.
