The weekend staff was awesome. Very informative and accommodating to my special needs. If I'm ever back in the area, I'd stay here again ❤️

Liked the location for our needs. Facilities were old but clean upon check in. Unfortunately, as we booked for 2 nights, there was no room cleaning and no replenishment of towels. A call to the front desk was met with a surly reply “and how is this my problem?” I had to go to the front desk and the surly lady procured bath towels and told me the washing machine was out. Meanwhile, going back to my room, the elevators broke down and I had to climb the stairs. I’m nearly 80, it was not easy. Bad experience.

Check in took 30 minutes. Apparently there were not enough rooms for all bookings. Was not able to get the room reserved, so we had to stay in a smaller room.
