The website said that there was an airport shuttle which turned out to be false.

The cleaning staff did not make up room daily.
The Transportation Service advertised was no longer in service. They advertised that up to a 3 mile radius of travel was free or complimentary. False advertising.
The clerk assigned front desk was always absence from Station.

Don’t stay here!!!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI booked a (2 bed) room but apparently bc I booked with hotels.com when they ran out of 2 bed options i was chosen to get only 1 bed. What made me mad was that that was never communicated to me. I found out when i got to my room. The receptionist was not apologetic at all. She was very defensive when i was clearly very upset. The pullout couch was hard as a rock. Our refrigerator wasn’t working. They charge for parking fyi. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life! Oh they also don’t have tap to pay.

Throughout my whole stay at the property it's been a whole bunch of issues , from my toilet not working the first day , to being lied to about maintenance coming in at 5pm to fix it immediately, my ac or heat not working at all after that . Paying almost 500$ for 2 days at a "5star" hotel and not have any working condition thing that comforts your stay is very concerning. On top of that 20$ parking for a "first come first serve" parking ON PROPERTY you would still have to pay for to get access to is beyond Ridiculous and overpricing when your already spending a lot of money for your stay . WILL NOT BE BACK .
