Staff was extremely friendly and kind, close to main streets without the heavy traffic, clean and comfortable.

Our convenient location is enjoyed by all. Close to the highway, no matter where you are going in Tulsa - the Gathering Place, Expo Square, Oklahoma Aquarium - we are just minutes away. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you return again soon!

They had bed bugs and didn’t tell us the staff was rude when we told them about the issue you also have to pay for breakfast. We threw all of our stuff away, so we had to go buy more because we did not want to bring the bed bugs home. What was supposed to be a fun trip turned out to be a nightmare.

Although nothing was found, we take cleanliness very seriously and immediately had your space professionally inspected and treated. We follow very rigid and expensive protocols to make sure anything a guest might accidentally introduce to the hotel is taken care of immediately. Again, thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and we appreciate you staying with us.

Front desk gal was rude. We were checking in (with a reservation) and she yells to her co-worker that was helping us, that there is no vacancies and she just sent him a text. She then looks at me and says we are all booked. No, I am sorry or apologies. The co-worker let her know we had already reserved a room. We didn’t feel very welcome at that point. Glad it was only one night.

Beds are kind of hard but the rooms were very nice. Was thankful for the toiletries as forgot my body wash. Would stay again!
