The room was amazing and clean. The staff there was great and helpful. I didnt think the breakfast was worth the 17$ we had to pay. They didnt have much of a selection of food. But other then that it was a great stay.

Greetings Ernesto, Our Breakfast Team is up and at 'em early - Starting at 4am, they work hard to make sure you start your day with a full breakfast buffet with cook-to-order eggs (scrambled on the buffet), fresh fruits, meats, breads, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, biscuits and gravy, seasoned breakfast potatoes, french toast and more. Breakfast is served from 6:30am - 9:30am, every day. Most guests find this schedule very accommodating. We hope to welcome you again soon!

Initially the AC didn’t work in our room. The maintenance fixed it in a timely manner

We were in town for 2 nights for a weekend wedding. Had no issues with the overnight stay itself. The 6th floor suite and hallway was spotlessly clean. However, thr facility needs attention to the smaller details. The mini-fridge didn’t work as intended due to ice build up on coils. Would work great if it was just defrosted. The ice machine on 5th and 6th floor was broken. Loose cracked tiles in the elevators and paper plates for breakfast. Breakfast was included in our stay and we opted out the second day due to the first day’s experience. Had to ask for gravy, biscuits, eggs, and bacon for be brought out because the warming containers were empty around 0815. This experience with Holiday Inn will likely prevent me from booking with the same chain again.
