The room was dusty. Dust is growing out of the vents and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Room was not properly cleaned in months. Pull out bed is very old the cloth on the chair is peeling and it was dirty. The television and remotes did not work. Front desk had to be called for assistance. Worse experience ever in a Homewood Suites.

I like the accommodations. My only complaints are that the toilet flapper was broken and a couple of lights were out.

The stay was fine, there was an odd smell in the room. Everything seemed clean but it was more out dated than i expected. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. I wasnt pleased with the drinking that was happening at the pool, so we weren't able to take our kiddo out to swim.

Our suite had a half shower curtain on a full bath tub. Every shower resulted in pool of water on the floor. Also, the pullout sofa was an ancient spring bed that was very uncomfortable to sleep on in addition to being very filthy with stains. They need to change that sofa bed.

Furniture was stained with unknown bodily fluids. We reserved a 3 room suite and they didnt have that room available. The young lady working the cou ter was very sweet and tried to make it right.

I drove 3 hours for a bday trip for my daughter. I drove up and it wasn’t your typical Hilton property. The lawn wasn’t mowed and there was no water in the pool. It looked trashy. Was told that they had to shut the pool down over the weekend because there had been 100 people in it. Still gave it a chance and went to our room. I opened the door and the couch was all sunken in and the cushions were lower than the frame. There were cigarette holes all on the couch and huge brownish stains everywhere on the couch and in the floor. My family and I turned around and left. The staff downstairs were very understanding after I showed them pictures. That was disgusting and was nothing like what the hotel was described as. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I was a little disappointed the pool was closed and seem to be green in color so it hadn’t been maintained well. I’m guessing. Also the condition around the hotel, what I was used to with a Hilton grass and weeds, grown up stuff, not mowed trash in the parking lot. I will say, though that the little bit of interaction I had with the staff was great and they were very helpful.

I do apologize for the condition of our lawn and landscaping we are currently in search of a new lawn maintenance company. As for the pool we had over a 100 people in that pool over the weekend and I can assure you it was crystal clear going into the weekend. As of Sunday we have been working to clear the pool up as we had the water tested and all the chemicals were at the levels they are supposed to be.
