Property was dirty, rooms were dirty No peep hole on my door, no ac in bedroom, no tv in bedroom

Would you possibly be able to provide a confirmation number so that we could locate your stay? You do not show up in our system, plus all our rooms have peep holes that is a hotel requirement, AC, and TV's.

Beautiful property. Staff is nice. Can’t wait for breakfast. Only complaint. Large stain on couch and toilet handle broken. Will definitely stay again.

I wanted to do laundry because I planned on it when picking this hotel. Laundry available is important to me. I went to get detergent and no one was at the front desk. I waited a while and eventually left. I didn’t get to do laundry. The shower in my room was VERY old and permanently stained. It just felt dirty. The ceiling in my hallway was leaking and when it collapsed they put a cone on the floor next to the shattered ceiling tiles but didn’t clean it up. There was also a mouse in my room. This was my last night and it was almost 12 and because I couldn’t even get detergent earlier I didn’t bother trying to switch rooms. The back door where I would go in and out of was broken so the lever was zipped tied down to keep it permanently open. Anyone could have come in at anytime and made me feel less safe. I would not stay here again. I recommend renovating, hiring pest control, and training staff to be available.

Suite looked like it was under repair, kitchen not stocked and a cockroach was running around the breakfast / coffee station Staff was rude and inattentive at check in

The hotel staff were really nice. The room was nice except some cleanliness issues. Fridge was dirty and had hair in it, even in freezer. Shower was large but the safety bar in it was broken and rusted off of the wall. The trim was gone in a couple of places in the room. But it was a good visit.

Not the best trip

I rarely leave bad reviews. The buffet was good, the area was nice and the coffee bars were well stocked. As for the bad: The kitchen was significantly under stocked (I.e. 3 plates, 2 forks and 1 pot). Except for the bathroom and kitchen sink, nothing was clean. Everything was sticky or dusty. The sheets had not been cleaned. They had hair and grease stains on them. Our toilet made a horrible ear-piercing noise for 10-60 minutes after ever flush. We were told that maintenance was coming the next day but that didn’t happen. It finally resolved on its own the second day.

The room was dusty. Dust is growing out of the vents and the ceiling fan was covered in dust. Room was not properly cleaned in months. Pull out bed is very old the cloth on the chair is peeling and it was dirty. The television and remotes did not work. Front desk had to be called for assistance. Worse experience ever in a Homewood Suites.
