Booked a city room with a king bed received a small double room on a low floor. Management was rude and would not switch rooms. No option for room service. You can’t call In restaurant orders, you have to order in person and wait. Super disappointed with this Hyatt.

The walls are so thin! I could hear absolutely everything in my neighbors room. I could even hear my neighbor burping. I felt uncomfortable with how there was ZERO sound proofing.

Cute and simple. Easy walk to the performing arts center, bars, restaurants, etc. Parking was a bit of a hassle but it really wasn't that bad. Never parked more than a block away. Area was quiet (partly the nature of being in Tulsa of all places).

Booked MONTHS in advance and get told they were out of the king room I booked and put us in a queen but same price, I booked a concert day and I booked the very first day tickets pre sold so I’m not sure why I wouldn’t have the room I booked and pre paid for. Dirty windows including a face print, room smelled like industrial bleach to the point it was overwhelming for my wife. Valet only parking that took so long (45min) we were late to the 600$ spa reservation I made, self parking is down the street with 16$ fee each time. I won’t be back.

The hotel was great but parking was expensive. Nothing close so had to use the valet parking
