There was a musty smell throughout the hotel and room. The shampoo bottle that was provided was dirty and had hair on it. Not enough towels, we had to ask for more.

Bad food

But the next morning i came down to get breakfast and as i was eating a bug crawled out from my sausage biscuit. I ended up vomiting up my breakfast and was nauseous the rest of the day. I took the plate to the staff, showed them the bug in my food, and asked for a manager to report issue. I was told there wasnt a manger to talk too ans she just said, sorry. I dont think I'll be able to eat a hotel breakfast again.

I selected this location as it was close to the airport. The hotel is not in a safe part of town.
The pool was being repaired and we could not use. Pool access was another reason this hotel was selected, so this was disappointing.
We came out of our room to find a ceiling tile on the floor with leaking water from the exposed pipes.
The hot breakfast was poorly made. Sausages were overcooked and inedible.
Reported concerns to Expedia and received some credit. Overall, disappointing experience.
