We had a banquet in the hotel at 6:00 pm but told we couldn't check in until 4:00; room wasn't ready. Staff was still cleaning rooms after 6:00 pm; must be short staff. When we arrived at 4:00, there was a line and it took 35 minutes. Safe in room 622 did not work; kept getting error message. Bed was very comfortable. Room was nice.

Very Disappointed!

I booked two rooms, the girl at the front desk argued with me that I didn’t. Even argued with the man that she called over to help. The rooms were not handicap accessible like I had booked. Changed one room. Tub had brown water standing in it and the light fixture hanging from the ceiling above the tub. Room service finally came about 9:20 pm to clean tub and then they pointed out the light fixture. Maintained came right up and fixed it. Room was clean other than that. We finally got to bed around 11pm. My elderly mother was completely exhausted!!!!

A great location for a convention. I was charged a double deposit for a single room, but management took care of it. Would recommend
