Disappointing
Publié le 28 nov. 2022 sur HotelsThere was no cold warter in the bathroom. No problem we got another room.
Water dripped all night from the bathroom ceiling. The shower was also permanently leaking into the bath.
There were no hangers in the 1st room and only two to hang clothes in the 2nd. Two flat pillows. Noisy highway nearby with average insulation (no problem for us but could be for some people).

Completely horrible and disgusting conditions!!
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe mattress are terrible. My back hurt for 3 consecutive days because all there is is a mattress and the mattress lays on one board underneath. Only 2 pillows. The bathtub did not have a stopper. I wanted to take a bath but i couldnt because there was no stopper. The vending machine took my $1.75 and the front desk lady would not reinburse me. She told ne i had to call the number on the vending machine. The hotel room had alive roaches crawling on the walls and in the bathroom and on the floors. I found a pair of grooming sciors under the bedside table so that was cleaned or looked at. I found drug bags with an empty bottle water under the bed that was not my belongings because i do not partake in drug activity. The refrigerator did not have the knob present to turn from coldest to warmest. The bedside table looks as if the table had been pulled from tje wall because i coould see the anchor screw halway out of the wall. The level i was on stuck like a nursing home with stale piss/urine. Soooo disgusting.

Roaches crawling and it stunk like a filthy house. The elevator makes terrifying noises and the fire alarm went off at 9AM.
