I recently stayed at the Quality Inn in Glenpool, Oklahoma, and had a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a highlight—delicious and plentiful. The only downside was some traffic congestion due to construction on the main road, but it didn't detract much from the overall stay. Would recommend!

The website says extra beds and rollaway beds availability but its not. We were one of the only familys at the hotel it was empty but they kept saying no beds available. The male that works around the 5pm shift is horrible rude. Our cable went out in our room, no tv at all, and he kept telling me there was nothing he could do and hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. Theres sketchy people coming and going at all hoursof the day and night, noisy, rude , people. You cant even enjoy the pool with all those people hanging around. I could not be more disappointed in this hotel, and i certainly wont be using them again period. It seriously makes me question what Quality Inn is all about, because it certainly wasnt customer service, i am very disappointed.

Had a man peeping in window and unlocked our door with a key after 9 am in the morning while gettting dressed. This man belonged to housekeeping. Didn’t announce he was from housekeeping found out from front desk clerk. The front desk clerk said she was reporting him.
