Absence de salle de petit déjeuner, servi dans un couloir avec 2 petites tables et 2 chaises chacune. Obligés de rester debout. Petit déjeuner très frugal, pas grand chose à avaler. Cette partie est à revoir

Older hotel, in a great location for my cycling trip ill go back next year, staff was amazing.

Paid for a king mattress was queen on king frame with a full size flat sheet. Pillows were stained, toenails on the carpet, was given 1 bath towel and used toiletries. The window curtains were rigged up so we had to pin them closed. The entire landscaping was over three feet tall. The staff was extremely friendly and it was very close to the BOK. Understandable if it were $50 or so a night.

The first room we were assigned had backpack, printer, needle and syringe in it when we arrived. We went out for the evening and upon our return our room key did not work. It was late before the problem was solved. Our room had stained furniture, cobwebs, dirty curtains, and broken tile in the bathroom.

Do not stay here

This hotel is awful, do not stay here! It was dirty. Grime on things in the room. One of the people working there was not wearing shoes. There was no blanket in the room. Only one towel. Worst part was there was a sewage problem in the middle of the night and sewage started coming up through our bathtub and toilet and woke us up at 3 AM. It was disgusting.

Went in about an hour before check in and ask could we check in the clerk said yes in about 30 minutes. Came back in 45 minutes and the room was taken by another person. When I asked the clerk about it he stated that our room was not ready the type of room that we had. There were four of the couples in the lobby waiting and they got rooms. I don’t understand why I was so different besides that it was not ready nasty sheets were bad room was not vacuumed the comforter had stains on it like urine. Show the housekeeper and she exchanged it for me. The television was not working and also the sink over the mirror was not working told Clerk about that and he stated just use the other sink. Was told by one of the workers that they had just opened it was closed by the city. I think the city needs to close it back down again until they can get it together. Mold in the refrigerator I did not get to take a picture of it I was too disgusted to do anything but sleep and get the day over with. Went down the next morning to get breakfast it was sad. This place needs to be taken off of your list of hotels very disappointed that you don’t vet these places before adding them to the list

We showed up after booking weeks in advance and they didn’t have our two rooms!!! Ruined the trip.
