There was alot of roaches and the room wasnt very clean.

Roaches in the room found a pill on the ground. Smelled really weird as well for a non-smoking room.

It said Sandsprings or near Sandsprings, which it was not. It was dirty. I had to ask for soap. I had to ask for ice bucket. When I walked into the office, the door hit my hill real hard and hurt it. The guy heard me and saw it, but did not say he was sorry or anything. The location seems sketchy where it was at almost like the homeless and or prostitutes use the area The outside line and plants were nice, but the facility itself was not. I saw debris and stuff between the nightstand and the bed, which let me know that they did not fully clean the place. It just seemed dirty.

Sorry you had terrible experience with us. But also you could have come back asked for your money back as soon as you walked in the room and you didn’t like it. And also next time when you book room at the hotel don’t try to steal their towels. So when we ask you not to take it you won’t feel bad and write terrible reviews. Thank you for your dishonest review just because you were mad that we stopped you from stealing the towels.
