Posted Aug. 13, 2024 on HotelsMy stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the bed sheets were not clean. There were bugs in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

Please clean up this property and get new linens

The hallways smelled nice although the carpets were dirty.
The bed was terrible and the mattress pad was old and didn’t fit.
This was the worse Towneplace Ive ever
stayed. I have to come back to this area although I won’t be staying there.
I will try to Hilton Garden next month.

Friendly and professional staff. Safe. Rooms exceptionally clean and met my needs. The only negative comment is even tho the beds were comfortable the memory foam mattress wasnt for me. Like sleeping on a marshmallow But i also understand different people/different needs. This will be my stayover spot again!

Not up to par
Posted Jul. 13, 2024 on Hotelsour suite showed wear, bathtub has rust stains, in adequate trash cans, no ice on our floor, one elevator was out of service due to construction on the ground floor, the fire alarms went off twice due to a malfunction on the third floor. My personal favorite was putting 80 yo in the suite the farthest from all exterior doors and elevators.
