Property was beautiful & super clean!!! Very well kept & staff was super friendly! From the food by the pool to the one in charge of the kids club!Food was ok, I think they need more options. However the entertainment wasn't good!! They need to put music that will appeal to everyone, not what was playing! Also it should be all inclusive, place was pretty pricey & then the food & drinks adds up to a pretty penny!

Nos hospedamos del 28 al 30 de Agosto y había mucho ruido, al parecer estaban haciendo remodelación. Desechos de algún animal (espero que no hayan sido humanos) por el área del Chiringuito a las brasas.

Great service and beautiful property!

Overall the Conrad was a great stay for our family. Pros: they have a great private beach and plenty of pool space. The service was generally fantastic and would probably influence our decision to return. Cons: One of the people in our party arrived with a broken foot and yet the room we were put in was very far despite the hotel being pretty empty. That was a bit frustrating. Beach- There were no rental options to snorkel or paddle (you have to purchase your own equipment at a store). Rental was advertised as an option so this was disappointing. Food: The cuisine options were pretty good for adults but the menus tended to be overly complex (adding as many ingredients as possible). Our kids are very adventurous eaters but even they often chose from the kids menu. Asian restaurant was our favorite.

Es un lugar excelente para disfrutar en familia con tranquilidad. Sin embargo, la relación calidad-precio de las bebidas y algunos alimentos deja mucho que desear; por ejemplo, un rib-eye cuesta 3,900 pesos, y los precios de los vinos y las bebidas en general son extremadamente elevados, llegando a ser entre 5 y 10 veces su costo habitual (2300 pesos cuestan los vinos tintos mas baratos de la carta, cuando la botella cuesta al menudeo 300-400 pesos y no son vinos de gran calidad)
