It was an excellent stay.
Hotel’s manager even provided our transportation. It was very helpful for us.

Awesome and quiet
Publié le 21 mars 2018 sur HotelsI loved it. Leave 10 minutes past Chemuyil, and arrive in daylight because it is IN the jungle. Less intimidating to reach on second and third trips in but a bear the first time. Hotels dot com pin was incorrect,.it was a good first step but you need to go way past it into the jungle then take a left and follow signs. It is posted but still challenging to find. Worth it though: as shown and clean, good pool and mostly top level for getaway. Awesome escape for the price.

Nice but very isolated hotel

Pour : The room was lovely and the towels and bed linens were spa quality
Contre : There is no WiFi or telephone the rooms and my cell phone signal was very weak. The hot water is turned off at night at unpredictable times
Emplacement : The hotel is close to Akumal, Tulum and Xel Ha. The nearest beach is stunningly beautiful and there are many cenotes close by
The hotel facilities are lovely and the staff was friendly. However, this hotel is in the middle of the jungle with no other hotels or businesses close by. The map shows it to be close to the main highway but it is a 30 minute walk to Chemuyil and a 50 minute walk to the beach. Without a car, I felt very isolated. There were not many other guests when I was there which was even more isolating. The receptionist was rarely in the lobby, or even on site. When I arrived, the receptionist was not there and the cook showed me my room, but didn’t mention that the water was off - due to repairs. The next morning the doors to the lobby and dining room were still locked at 7:50 am. When I asked about hot water for my shower, they said they would turn it on. When I asked for coffee, I was served yesterday’s coffee heated up in the microwave. Not a good start!

We were very happy to have you staying at our hotel
Our Hotel is perfectly located in the map. We are located middle of the jungle, for this reason all our guest who do not have a car are provided with a bicycle
The front desk service is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm but all our staff is trained to serve guests .
We appreciate your comments as they help us to improve the quality of the service day by day and we hope again your visit at the hotel.

So beautiful and underrated
Publié le 14 nov. 2017 sur HotelsWe absolutely loved the interior decor of this hotel. The living room area is beautiful for opening a bottle of wine in the evening. This hotel has both the "eco" and "boutique" elements which was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is very new so all the amenities are very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast we ordered in the morning was delicious. The chilaquiles were highly recommended. We hope to return soon
