Pas vraiment eu une excellente expérience. Les employés des restaurants sont vraiment gentils, bon services. À part le resto mexicain Maxal, les autres restaurants c’était pas vraiment bon. Mais, Maxal, excellent et créatif, bien interprété. On a adoré. Les enfants ont aimé le parc aquatic et autres.
On ne retournera pas à cette hôtel. Il y a beaucoup mieux.

Excellent hotel
Publié le 25 déc. 2022 sur HotelsTrès beau resort avec installations neuves. La nourriture est tres bonne et variée. Les restaurants à la carte peuvent être réservés sans limitation. Piscine pour les enfants top avec des petits toboggans et jets d'eau. Petite plage avec accès par endroits sans pierres.

Tres bel hotel et excellente nourriture. Pas de plage , beaucoup d’algue et rocheux . Mais les piscines sont superbes .

Great location, fantastic food and beverage options. The staff was very friendly and well trained. Our pool waiter Javier was phenomenal and very attentive. Gabriel at Cocomare was fantastic and Jamie / Sergio at Mexcal gave us great service too
We did a tequila tasting at the resort and Angel the mixologist did a great presentation
Service like this confirms that we will be back

This is an amazing, beautiful resort. The architecture and furniture are phenomenal. There are wonderful stone and wood elements throughout the lobby and entrance area. I appreciated all the small details. You are staying in quiet luxury.
I’ve stayed in several hotels and resorts, but this is my favorite. We swam in the pool every morning and enjoyed the ocean views. The buffet was amazing, with lots of choices. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the best time. We even extended our trip a couple of days, just to relax and enjoy ourselves. It’s about 15 minutes from Tulum. You’ll have to take a taxi and it was over $100 RT. Which is very expensive! But there are some great restaurants in Tulum. Overall, 10/10. We’ll definitely come again!

This all inclusive hotel was beautiful! Every area is designed so well. The restaurants were all gorgeous with an upscale menu. The staff was attentive and friendly, and made our stay great. I loved our room, it was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The only down side for me was that the beach this property is on is not that great. However, there are many pools to swim in and lounge at.
