Having a cenote almost for ourself and included in the rental is amazing, it's also really pretty and quiet. The guardian is here 24/7 and was very nice, he tried to help us with disfonctionning lights in the pool. That's the part that was a bit disappointing, the equipments weren't of great quality and we only had cold water in the shower. But in general it's a really good place to stay if you have a car.

Relajante y privado
This was such a unique and fun place to stay for a few days! The private cenote on the property was amazing and fun to swim in. I would recommend that you take caution if you have small children because the layout of the house would be challenging with little ones (every room is separate and accessible by a bridge over a moat). We had our 8 year old with us and he loved it. There are different units in the complex that have different set ups but that was the layout of ours. Also the kitchen has pretty much nothing so make sure you buy everything including coffee, filters, cooking spray and water. If you don’t have your own transportation then you will need to cook all your meals since there are no restaurants within walking distance.
I would say this place is best for a few night stay and not longer. My husband joked that it was built for Instagram, not long term living. It’s in my absolute top five unique and amazing places to stay from all of my travels.
The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need it
Really amazing stay with private cenote in the jungle. Only thing is its far from everything so you will need to pay for taxi even to go buy water. Better rent a car.
Absolutely gorgeous magical property, peaceful, quiet, crystal clear blue cenote w bats, the home was fully equipped (blender coffee pot, fridge) bring your own foods. The most magical little pup is around d please feed him he will look out for you. Enjoy this jungle paradise stay
This property is really nice. It’s about a 15 minute drive from all of the best Tulum has to offer. The team here did a great job accommodating to us. Would recommend. I also recommend you rent a vehicle if you’re staying at this location, since everything is a drive. The cenote is gorgeous
The property managers did not provide any information on any of the requirements such as possession of the keys when occupant was off property but there was always some security or person there to open the exterior doors just to get inside the property. Other than that very uncooperating manager and was more Cuban style of property management such as limiting privacy and possession of entrance key.
The property is beautiful and quiet once you get to it, but you have to go down a dirt road with garbage on both sides, past some very sketchy looking places to access it. The gates are locked from the inside at all times so you have to go find an attendant to open them any time you want to go somewhere. The house was beautiful but the spiral staircase was barely wide enough to use, and the kitchen is upstairs. The instant hot water system only produces hot water for about 5 minutes at a time so showers were very uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly.
I am so glad we chose to stay at K NAJ. It is off the beaten path but we had rented a car for our trip to Tulum so we could drive to cenotes and different beaches and restaurants. The Tulum Hotel Zone is a little too busy/loud/boujee for us and K Naj provided the quiet, private jungle experience we preferred this time around. We loved that it has its very own cenote and that it was very close to Sac Actun, Tankah, and Dos Ojos cenotes (to name a few). Easy drive to town-about 20 minutes to Tulum beaches.
There’s always going to be “things”, anywhere you stay. The water pressure could be better but I have really thick hair and had no problem washing and rinsing it. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable; the A/C’s worked and cooled off the rooms quickly; there was enough dishware and cookware for the two of us; Yadaira and the staff were so kind and accommodating. Overall, we had a lovely stay - we would definitely come back and we recommend it.
Yajaira and the rest of the staff were wonderful. We had a small problem with the stove but they moved us to a much nicer unit next door while they fixed the issue. The cenote on the property was absolutely stunning as well!
The place look exactly as pictures... beautiful. the cenote is beautiful. The host is great and guard was very helpful. i enjoyed my stay and i will be back.
Where to begin....I wanted to give this place 5 stars so bad because it is absolutely gorgeous. We are very easy people to please as we travel lots and we never complain but we have never experienced something like this. Let me just list out some things:
Pros
- breathtaking view
- Private cenote
- Private pool
- the home we booked had a problem with it so they put us in a different one, no extra charge (glad they weren't all booked because then we would have been out of luck I guess!) However we booked the one we did because it had a larger bed so very disappointed we had a much smaller bed.
- the sounds of the birds was so peaceful
- affordable
- AC works great
Cons
-they advertise that hairdryers are in the bathroom but they don't have hairdryers
-only two of the three bathrooms had been cleaned for us
-only one hand towel for one bathroom given and only soap in two of the 3
-only one of the three bedrooms were made up
-the beds are far too small for two people to sleep comfortably
-we requested they makeup one more bed so we could sleep separately and be comfortable and they wouldn't do that (that's like staying at a hotel with two beds in a room but they only make up one of them because there's only two of you!)
-beds and pillows are really hard
-the dish sponge at the sink was well past it's use... Very dirty... Which caused many fruit flies in the kitchen. We didn't like using it to clean dishes
-no dish soap to wash dishes
-no tea towels to dry dishes or paper to
Jahida was an excellent host. She will communicate with her phone for translation if you do not speak Spanish.
House was clean.
Functions of the house are different than in America, but you are in the jungle of Mexico so some Americans would consider it more like glamping. One house had little hot water for a shower. The other house had hot water, but little shower pressure. Plumbing is different in Mexico, so be prepared if you are used to America luxury. The houses are decorated nicely.
The cenote is awesome and its nice to have it to yourself!
The location is great inbetween Akumal and Tulum.
You will have to open the big gates yourself because the guy isn't always there to do it.
Overall, Jahida made it feel like home with her welcoming personality. It's a great place to stay if your looking for adventure and not so much comfortable lounging.
