The staff was friendly and very welcoming! The property was beautiful and is located in a tropical beach setting. The rooms were clean and had air-conditioning. The breakfast which is included coffee, juice, fruit, and main dish was excellent! Having breakfast with an ocean view was so amazing! The only recommendation would be to add a more secure lock to the interior of the main room door. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would return on my next trip to Tulum.

Gorgeous property with stunning beach views just steps away! The staff is very warm and friendly. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Not worth the money
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HotelsWay overpriced for what this place is. We’ve stayed at multiple places in Tulum and for over $700/night you just expect more. Food was horrible. My wife had makeup on two towels that they said they couldn’t clean and charged us $32/each. At over $700/night, charging for towels is ridiculous. Would not stay here again. Much better options in Tulum.
