Hotel magnifique avec plein de charme,
Piscine un peu froide, heureusement que la piscine privative de la chambre permet d'y ajouter de l'eau chaude.
Seul point noir au tableau: le ménage de la douche ou il y avait des cheveux a notre arrivé

C’est un très bel hôtel pourvu de 13 chambres. L’architecture et la décoration sont d’un goût très raffiné. Le personnel est très accueillant. Calme. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables. Une précision: l’hôtel n’est pas facile à trouver. Il faudrait ajouter un plan d’accès. L’hôtel propose aussi des locations de vélo; option que je conseille vivement. Nous avons été aux ruines de Tulum et aux plages à vélo.

Increiblemente limpió y te sientes en un ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado. Envuelto en la selva y con todos los servicios. Las albercas increibles con agua templada. Definitivamente regresare.

My wife and I are nature lovers and the Orchid house is exactly what we were looking for.
The minute we walked in thru the door it took our breath away. No to mention the staff was beyond helpful and amazing.
We definitely be back

I do not recommend. I booked a two night stay and thankfully It was only for two nights. I was blind sided at check in where I was completely disrespected by management and employees as a guest/customer traveling from the U.S. unfortunately customer service does not go far at this place or in Mexico as they seek to take advantage of foreign travelers. Their policies are hidden and confusing, falsely advertised and expect to pay more fees on arrival. They then proceeded to tell me my room is no longer available due to an “issue” with the room. They said I would need to pay for two separate rooms at this point and I had already paid nearly 500$ for the master suite which I would no longer get to experience. The manager had no respect and rolled her eyes at us. It’s slow season for them and they clearly are trying to make any amount of money they can. They charge you for using anything in the room, absolute joke. They hold 55$ per night on your card for “security” on top of all the non sense fees and charges they already tac on. The reviews online are misleading. Terrible management, terrible ownership. Disgrace. I would never return to this place or Tulum in that fact. Overpriced for low quality experiences. The management at this place would not even be considerate and coming to an agreement to resolve my issues. They are super unprofessional. The place is not even nice lol, my bed was dirty had holes/ brown stains, such a joke. Toilets smelt awful, hot water barely worked.

Everyone was so friendly and this hotel is beautiful. Gives you a classic jungle experience. 5 stars for everything!

This was an amazing experience- truly unique. Our room was like a fantastic tree house. The bedding was lush and so comfortable. All of the staff were so accommodating and truly welcoming.
