I loved everything about this place! If you are looking for a legit eco lodge experience, this is the place. It’s just far enough from all the hustle and bustle of Tulum. Nestled in the mangrove jungle, surrounded by exotic fauna and wildlife. The grounds are stunning and well kept and the lodge was stocked with every amenity one could think of. We will definitely return to this hidden paradise.

Terrible, do not stay here

Do not stay here! I'm not one to complain but this needs to be communicated... The listing is not accurate, the AC is controlled and only functions between 8pm- 8am. Very hard to try get ready for the evening while dripping sweat! This villa was so dirty!! As soon as we walked in we noticed a dead scorpion in middle of the room. There were so many bugs, dead and alive inside. It was creepy and hard to get any sleep. By morning there were several dead bugs on top of bed screen. In this time during a pandemic one would expect they would take extra steps to deliver a clean room, NOPE! On top of this, the pool was filthy full of dead bugs. The exterior lights get shut off before midnight so if you want to be back to room before then so you dont have to walk through jungle in pitch black darkness. There is no one on the property to discuss any issues with, very primitive despite the nice pictures. We booked a 7 night stay, left the second night. They refused to refund me the remaining 5 nights. Its unfortunate we had to relocate and spend even more money. When you go on vacation you want to relax and not have these type of worries. Take your money elsewhere or see and regret for yourself.

Dear guest. We regret that your stay was not to your liking. As I mentioned in our conversation, I requested that you send me a photo of the things that were not right for you. I never received them. As it says in our ad, we are not a Hotel, we have 5 eco-villas located in the jungle, which is why there are insects and animals native to it. We fumigate weekly with organic products and we also provide daily cleaning at no extra cost. You didn't give us a chance to fix anything that you thought was wrong. You only mentioned that you were going to leave before their original stay. Our refund policy says it is not appropriate to return the many to guests who did not feel comfortable with the place, there being no fault in our complex for which the refund be. Also in our conversation you never mentioned that you wanted to request it. Because we have solar panels, and following our eco-lodging principle, we reduce electricity consumption.The air conditioning information appears in the ad. For future reservations I recommend you read the ad descriptions carefully. I can understand that your preferences were for another type of accommodation. Regards. Vida Silvestre
