This was an excellent stay. Near the Hong Kong international airport, train to the city, etc. and connected to a big outlet mall. The hotel is very nice and the upgraded rooms were spacious. The staff are really nice and housekeeping keeps the rooms very clean. The breakfast probably is better for their Asian clientele and platters of eggs, fruits, vegetables were only ok.

Room is a little dated and could do with an upgrade, however very spacious and staff very helpful and make the experience easy and non stressful. Shopping outlet linked to foyer of hotel. Shuttle bus was very convenient.

The property is very conveniently located from the tram and bus station. Since it's beside a mall, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had all the necessary essentials. Julie who works at the morning buffet was especially friendly and attentive. I will stay here again if I'm ever return to Hong Kong.
