Owner is very terrible at communication

I only spent one night because the house was very dirty and so much noise in the neighbourhood. To conclude the appartment is 0

He is a big liar my house is very very clean and I have so many excellent commentary on other sites but the reason was hh when I asked to have a passport copie or any other identity they only gave me two of them ! So I wrote a message that I’m coming to make a copie by myself , then they left without calling me to give me back my keys they left it with the concierge I wrote a message and they respond that because I asked them to send me the four ID cards unfortunately they left the house very dirty smelly and central heat was on plenty of garbage may 6 bags it was very bad experience never again And something else please would you please the card used for payment because I received Four Tunisian guys natif of 2000 so I m afraid they didn’t t use someone else card I mean some kind of tracking Thanks
