Great place just need a little repair on noisy AC

I've stayed here several times in the last few years and love the place. I love the location and area around it with multiple places to eat and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Why I didn't give five stars on everything was because it sounded like something was loose in the AC which made it hard to sleep. I'm sure if I would have reported it they would have gave us a different room but I was too tired and already unpacked and set up my wife's oxygen she needs. Next time I will check AC before unpacking anything but will return here on my next time thorough Tupelo. That was my first complaint in all of the time we stoped there which we did 4 times this year alone.
