Very clean. Owner has put some thought on making things right and save cost at the same time. Room is Very clean! most important.

Best Non management staff in Tupelo

The rooms are clean, well maintained for the age, no bugs, easy access, great staffing especially the smiling faces at the front desk and the breakfast staff has been excellent since some staff arrived. Even the staff working the laundry and cleaning seem to keep a positive attitude and do a great job. They should know how much we appreciate the extra time they put into the job and guest’s experience with Red Roof Inn Tupelo.

The breakfast was very minimal. It was just cold cereal, tiny muffins, bagels & little pancakes. No protein whatsoever. The juice machine only offered orange juice, & there was coffee, but no tea option.

Room was fair, cigarette smoke smell in hallway. Water leaking in the hallway. Key stopped working after the first night.

The lady at the counter pocketed my security deposit. They made me put down cash for the security deposit. I had to call the cops to get it back. The cameras showed her pocketing the money. Terrible customer service by the manager who defended the employee that stole my deposit.

It was very damp in the room, the sheets were damp towels were damp. It needs a dehumidifier in room 130 and there was no Hand soap
