Hot as hell and less friendly

After a friendly reception by Domenico and our introduction into a lovely, cool space, this stay turned into a nightmare. We had chosen this "B & B" with air conditioning as a top priority, as the temperature was often above 100 F (38 C) last week in Turin. We soon learned that the "Bed" was fine, but "Breakfast" could be found on... the street...just as if we hadn't chosen a B & B. But that was acceptable: at least we wouldn't count on it. We did count on the AC though, and out host controlled it and simply wouldn't keep it for more than a few minutes, saying--at his most committal--"vedremo" (we'll see). What we saw was mercury rising. We contacted him three times and that AC never got the room cool again, turning off for the evening and then for the whole night and into the morning. We just couldn't sleep: it was hotter inside than in the hall or even, incredibly, outside. After sarcastic texts and a no-show--his texts had him arriving to discuss the problem in 10, 20, then thirty minutes and, in reality, never. We paid the 70% asked by Hotels.com for the three nights despite leaving after one sweaty, frustrated night We checked into a cooler hotel with better service, and slept well that night.

The high temperatures created cooling problems. The following morning we proposed a room change to apologize for what happened. Domenico is always very attentive with his customers. He's sorry for the inconvenience. Best regards. The direction.

Very convenient

Very convenient location close to Porta Nuova Station. No breakfast available, but plenty of "caffe" all around.

Très bel accueil petit déj sympa. Très bien placé a une minute de la gare et proche vieille ville. je recommande

una scelta ottima

Camera grande e pulita, colazione buonissima, ben situato rispetto al centro e alla stazione Porta Nuova e accoglienza carina e professionale. Un soggiorno molto gradevole !

Struttura molto carina in pieno centro a Torino a due passi dalla stazione. Self check in online comodissimo. Per telefono personale gentilissimo e molto chiaro nella comunicazione. L'appartamento era spazioso, letti comodi, luminoso e pulito. Location perfetta per girare il centro di Torino a piedi. Tanti parcheggi in zona (quasi tutti a pagamento). Ottima scelta.

Albergo pulito , confortevole, peccato che la doccia ,idromassaggio non funziona ,e non c’è praticamente servizio di colazione ma devi andare al bar
