Worst Ever Holiday Experience!

Absolutely awful. The apartment was dirty, greasy even and dusty. We had to clean the whole place and washed the sheets ourselves. Almost everything was broken, the bed, fridge, tv, shower, even one of the things to hang the sheets we washed. Mattresses are the cheapest thinnest available and with the broken slats combined to be the worst bed I’ve ever slept (or not slept) in. The oven was so filthy it filled the whole flat with smoke. The apartment is on the busiest road in Turin with a huge bus stop right outside. If you open the window the place fills up with diesel fumes from the busses right outside. Apart from this the hosts tried to rip us off with the tourist tax, taking tax for our kids as well. Kids don’t pay. They did refund but claimed not to realise although they also told us they manage multiple properties in Turin so must have known. Our Xmas was basically ruined by this apartment and the agents. Trust me, find somewhere else to stay.

We always start from review to improve, and we will do also from this, but sometimes we have guests like this that complain about everything. they just want to stay for free and they tried to have refund without reasons. the house is exactly as it appears in pictures, equipped with all furnitures and amenities (also free wifi, xbox 360, games, DVD..) and it is in an ancient and luxurious building. if they ve found the apartment dirty, they should have to call us and we would come immediately at any time to check where is the problem and solve it immediately. they didn t do this.. they called the Expedia assistance after the staying when they left to ask the refund. we are happy to have a lot of other nice guests different from this.
