The property was perfect! Friendly staff, great amenities and clean! Our only negative is the highway traffic.

Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were traveling from we hours away and were arriving later than planned. I tried several times to call directly to the hotel to make them aware of this so they didn’t cancel our reservation. The phone just rang and rang and nobody ever picked up so I went through their site to message someone and never got a reply. We get to the hotel and give them our name and was asked if it was under another name (which it wasn’t) and the other person working said “oh, that’s the one we cancelled because you hadn’t checked in”. I told them I tried to call the number listed online several times to let them know we were arriving late. She said we have had several people say they call and it just rings but we pick up. So I’m not sure what the issue was. But thankfully they had our room still available. The hotel is termed a “ no-frills” hotel. They do not have a continental breakfast but they have what’s called grab and go. Breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, bagels etc
