Everyone was nice and breakfast was good. Check in procedure dates back to like 15 years ago. Took way too long while I signed actual papers and the only employee walked to a back room to scan in my drivers license for some reason. There was a line waiting to do the same. Room was missing bedding for the pull out bed and toilet clogged easily. Cleaning crew left wet towel on counter in bathroom.

Clean, quiet, easy to locate
Traveled 11.5 hours to arrive very tired. We have a Yorkie and I got the message that the manager would prefer no pets. Paid an extra $25, and filled out 2 forms related to him. She never smiled or made me feel like anything but trouble. However, the staff was excellent, friendly and warm.
