Thank you very much for being our guest recently! We appreciate you taking the time to complete a survey which gives us valuable feedback on our performance. While it seems we did an excellent job exceeding your expectations in most areas, you did experience an issue with your heating/cooling unit. Thank you for informing us of this issue! Please forgive us for any inconvenience that the issue caused during your stay. We have had our maintenance staff look at the thermostat in the room to make the necessary repairs so that no other guests experience the same problems. Thank you again for your comments. We hope to be able to serve you again soon!

Door to room you could see light coming in from the outside, but pool was nice.
