Welcome to Crimson Chimes!
Crimson Chimes is formerly named YamaBama. This luxury and newly furnished condo overlooks the UofA Practice fields. You are able to walk to the stadium, Coliseum, Aquatic Center, and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is located just 0.5 miles from the stadium! The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & balcony, as well as plenty of games! There are complex workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit & and a complex industrial ice-maker for your game day needs! There are 2 elevators for the complex. This is NOT a pet friendly property!
Currently one of the bedrooms has a TwinXL over a Queen bunkbed. As of May of 2025, the pictured bunkbed will be removed and changed to a King or queen. The first bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom is located right next to this second bedroom and has a walk in shower. In the living room there is a sofa that can be set up as a Twin XL bed.
** Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur.**

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

Football weekend
This location was perfect for our family during a football weekend. Our teenagers were close enough to walk back to the rental if they were ever wanted to leave the game or tailgate early. Great tv in the living area! Very secure building. Two parking spots!! We will definitely be staying here again!!

Awesome property
We came to town to attend a Bama baseball game. The location was great. We were able to walk to the baseball field. The property was easy to get in and out of, clean, and there were lots of “supplies” most rentals don’t provide. The management company responded quickly to my questions. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and talking. Next time we come to T-town we definitely will try to stay here again.

Perfect Tuscaloosa Retreat
We had a great time in Bama and this unit was a perfect fit for us. The property manager was super responsive to my crazy questions and the unit was very clean. I especially loved the small details - the snacks upon arrival, the pantry with tinfoil and salt and pepper. It truly felt like a home away from home. Getting the key was a little tricky but the directions were very specific and we figured it out! I’d rent this again anytime!!!

Graduation
This was a perfect place for our family for graduation. Well stocked and inviting. Gated parking. Could walk to the ceremony and plenty of room and seating in the condo for four of us. Loved the balcony! Can’t say enough good things about it.
