Nice sitting area watching ballgame as a group. Nice rooms with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot. Was our second stay here and would do it again.

Very nice and convenient hotel. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice selection of breakfast choices.

Overall the stay was just okay. I’ve paid less for more nearby. Room itself had some issues with cleanliness. Shower head was dirty, visible stains on the floor (my guess based on size and shape would be animal urine). Bed was a great size but not the most comfortable. Sheets were a bit scratchy and kept coming off the corners of the bed. Couch was not comfortable, sunk down really far when you sat down on it. Lights flickered so much that some lamps just couldn’t be used. AC unit was really loud which might bother some. Cleaning service was only every three days, which is inconvenient for trash and things. Outside of the room, hotel looked great. Staff was kind and welcoming. Pool was wonderful and I loved that it was large, peaceful, and had lots of windows. Breakfast was good as well, and location was convenient.

Due to posting anonymously, I am unable to check the room that you were in to correct issues you have presented. Please contact me to discuss, having new staff we want to ensure that all are trained to the best they can be. We want your stay to be enjoyable each time you visit with us, meeting and exceeding your expectations. Housekeeping does come after your third night of stay, yet we will be happy to pick up trash and replace towels daily if we are notified, I apologize this wasn't explained to you at check in.We appreciate your time in leaving feedback, but without a name and date of stay I cannot ensure these issues are corrected.Kindly,

Positives: The staff at the desk was very polite, when you could find them. The coffee was good and the beds were comfortable. Negatives: The door to our room wouldn’t close, but someone did come to tighten the hinges. The bathroom door kept opening, the bathroom mirror was broken and one of the lights didn’t work. The bread was moldy at breakfast, and the women working in the kitchen kept screaming at one another. It was very unprofessional. I will not be staying here again.

I want to apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. I am happy to know that Housekeeping was able to tighten the door, and had maintenance check the mirror. As for the breakfast, we only have one attendant daily, but I will look into this more. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations each time you visit with us and hope you will consider staying with us again.
