Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsThe AC was cooling but not like i like. The carpet was old and dirty. The paint in the room was bulked and about to peeling like it had water damage. The front desk staff was NOT rude but could have smiled and not so cut and dry with attitude. Breakfast -hot items did not look appealing. I will not stay here again

Couple of small problems, but good bargain.
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HotelsDon't act surprised when I ask about the pool that's advertised with the room. It was closed. "Will it be open tomorrow?" "I don't know." That's not a good answer.
Also, breakfast starts at 6 means I should be able to start eating at 6, not waiting for you to finish putting it out for another 5 minutes. I had someplace to be and no real leeway, but you made me feel like I was in your way.
Check in was friendly enough, room was great, and the breakfast was great once available!

Did not reserve a handicap room but was put in one. The AC was not cold and their were not enough plugs to charge items.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the misunderstanding with your room type, but the room you booked was a 1 Queen Bed Accessible, which is a handicap-accessible room. We’re sorry our room was not up to your standards and that the AC wasn’t cold enough. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff, carpet needed better cleaning. Had a smoker in room next door (this facility is totally non-smoking) but staff was quick to resolve the situation). My suggestion would be to have a policy where anyone in violation of the rule would be charged an extra $150 to cover cleaning costs and to post the notice in the rooms.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, I could hear the noise from above at bedtime, The smell in my room and the hallway made me believe pets were allowed and not a pet free room.
