Please Observe The Following Requests:
 Do not leave animals inside guest house unattended, UNLESS you have lockable animal carriers for them. Excess pet noises (in manager's opinion) will Not Be Tolerated (howing, barking, crying) at any time, and will be grounds for canceling your booking immediately, with no refunds.
 Keep Loud Noises Down After 8:00 P.M. To 8:00 A.M.
 Keep The Number Of People On The Property Under 4
 Pickup After Pets; Note Grass Is Not Potty Place For Animals
 Report All Concerns or Maintenance Issues Immediately!
 Use Trashcans Inside The Unit For Disposal Of Garbage, AND, Dispose Of Full
Trash Bags In Large Bins Behind Front House:

Enchanting Garden Cottage RULES:

1. No Smoking/Vaping Or Use Of Non Prescribed Drugs Inside Or Outside The Cottage Or Property

2. Candles That Need To Be Ignited With Fire Are Not Allowed Due To Safety Concerns

3. Upon Receiving Advance Approval To Bring Your Dog, No Pets Are Allowed On Furniture Or Beds and bedding/linens are not to be used as bed for pet. Only 1 Dog Will Be Allowed Unless Other Arrangements Have Been Made At Time Of Booking. Please Read Handbook Inside Cottage For More Instruction For Pet Management. There Is A $100 Flat Fee Per Dog Charged At Time Of Booking.

4. When Using The Kitchen Gas Stove, PLEASE Remember To Turn On Exhaust Fan (See Button On Above Stove Microwave) When Cooking!

5. We Don't Require That You Do Any Cleaning Chores Prior To Checkout, However, We'd Appreciate You Picking Up And Disposing Of Any Garbage Created During Your Stay, Into Any Of The Trash Cans Inside the Cottage. We Will Launder All Bedding, Towels And Dishware After Your Checkout.

6. Please Do Not Use White Towels To Remove Makeup or Anything Else That Will Leave Hard To Remove Stains. We have provided cotton rounds and micellar water to remove makeup.

7. Please Contact Mary By Phone: 714-366-1110 Should You Find Any Fixtures Not Working Properly, I.E., Water Leaks Etc. Also, Let Mary Know Immediately, If You Need Any Additional Towels.

8. The Cottage Has Been Stocked With Starter Packs Of Complimentary Living Essentials For Bathing, Personal Care, Cleaning And Cooking. Refer To Our Cottage Handbook For Grocery Locations To Purchase Additional Cooking Or Bathing Items.

9. Do Not Put More Toilet Paper Than Actually Needed (or other trash) Into Toilet, Otherwise If Toilet Gets Clogged, You will Be Charged For Unclogging Service.

10. Due To Continually Escalating Energy Costs, Please Be Respectful In Using The Air Conditioner. Do Not Use Air Conditioner or Heater With Windows or Front Door Open. Only Set Air Conditioner No Higher Than 74 Degrees Fahrenheit Or Lower Than 70 degrees Fahrenheit, While You Are Inside Cottage.

Please Turn A/C Off When Not Physically Occupying Cottage. We Get Nice Evening Cooling Tradewinds When Opening windows, And/Or You Can Turn On Ceiling Fan To Circulate The Air.

We Strive To Keep Our Nightly Rates Within Reason And We Need Your Help To Do That.

11. Please do not dump cooking or any other oils down water drains.

12. No events or parties are allowed at this location.

13. No Unregistered guests are permitted during your stay. Unregistered guests will be charged a fee of 150.00 per person per night and/or subject to cancellation.

14. Early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and may have an additional charge. Please message Mary the day before your arrival or departure to check availability.

* Please understand, we are a few blocks from open fields & a waterway. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon,skunk, opossum, coyotes, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc. These creatures reside in nature and we have no control over them. We cannot control mother nature and if she bother's you, we do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay.

* We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions, such as electricity, cable, gas or internet, which are beyond our control (for example, weather, downed power lines, etc). Also, the internet is a privilege, and offered to you at no extra cost.
Abusing this service by downloading or streaming illegal content or bitcoin mining will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

* There are cameras located at the street gate entry, walkways, and backyard only.

* During the day, you may hear air traffic overhead from time to time, or wild/exotic birds chatting or arguing between themselves, or even visits to our garden by our resident wild bunny.

* If you bring a pet, when they are outside on or off the property, please know that there may be coyotes looking for food sources. In that regard, keep your pet leashed for safety.

* There is another short term rental unit (travel trailer) on the left back corner of this property and you may infrequently encounter other guests on the walkway and entrance.
