Couple staying for a 2 night getaway
Publié le 9 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe used band aid next to the pool and the dirt and sand on the back patio put us off using the patio and pool. The coffee pods didn't fit the coffee machine, there was no dishwasher tablets, no reply from the property contact. Poor mobile reception made opening images texted for entry, the remote opens both garage doors so finding the carpark was interesting, a complex plan would have been useful. The location wad good and the complex pool was nice. A bit disappointing for the price.

We regret any inconvenience caused by an unclean outdoor space and assure you that we addressed this matter promptly with our cleaning team. Our beachside location, coupled with occasional windy weather, can contribute to debris accumulation between scheduled cleanings. Regarding the coffee pods, it's possible that previous guests may have left behind incompatible pods. Rest assured, the complimentary pods we provide do fit the machine, and many previous guests have enjoyed them without issue.
To ensure smooth check-in, we recommend guests preload the detailed instructions before arrival, especially if they encounter patchy reception in the undercover car park. These instructions include entrance details and complex plan for easy access.

Exceptional!

The patio lounge a great afternoon nap space. A nice touch to have a vast inclusion of kitchen and pantry basics along with all bathroom amenities. Truly perfect in every way. We will be back! Thank you

Incredible and luxurious

There was so much there to help as well (shampoo/conditioner, a few condiments, tea, coffee, milk etc). Fully stocked kitchen re crockery/pots/ironing boards/cards/books! really felt like home away from home! And OH so close to the beach! Most amazing Greek restaurant on site, 20 minute walk either north or south for more restaurants, supermarkets etc. Private pool! Highly recommend this place! We will be using word of mouth to all our friends and family! Thank you so much - was a much needed wonderful mini break!
