Had a problem checking in but after that the stay was great. Staff fixed checkin problem immediately with efficiency and professionalism. Would stay again!

Reported TV not working in bedroom plus faulty jet in the spa bath & the Receptionist just smiled & apologised but made no attempt to write down maintenance issues.

The resort is made up of several interconnected building spread across the property. Our one bedroom spa suite was clean and well set out. Basic facilities in the kitchen. Loved the Urban Skincare Co toiletries in the ensuite. Bed was comfortable. Foxtel in the lounge but only standard Free to Air tv in the bedroom. Only negative was that the bar shuts daily at 4pm. Pre dinner drinks by the pool would have been perfect but not to be unless you byo.

Great location with beach access.
Room too far at the back of the resort.
Reception not very friendly and took too long to find our booking.
